If your reading hasn’t arrived

Check your spam folder first, then write to us with the email address you paid with. We can find the order and resend it.

If you want your reading deleted

There is a delete control at the bottom of the reading itself — that is the fastest way. Or write to us and we will do it.

If something is wrong with what you got

Tell us what it says and what your chart actually is. If we sent you the wrong reading, or something unreadable, you get your money back — see the terms.
