What you are buying
One reading, written for one birth chart, delivered once. When you pay, Builders Den LLC calculates a chart from the birth date, time and place you provide and writes a reading from it. It is delivered by email as a PDF and as a link to read it on the web. It is not a subscription. There is nothing further to cancel.
This is not advice
It is for self-reflection and entertainment. Do not make decisions about your health or your relationships on the strength of it. The reading is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis of anything. No outcome is promised or predicted. What you do next is yours.
Refunds
Readings are made to order and are not refundable, with two exceptions. Each one is written for a single birth moment, it cannot be resold or reused, and the whole of it is delivered at once. For that reason a delivered reading is not returnable.
We will refund you in full if:
- the reading never arrives, or
- the file we send is unreadable or plainly not a reading of the chart you gave us.
Write to operation@pluglab.ai within 30 days of paying and we will sort it out. Disliking what a reading says is not one of the exceptions — the free preview exists so you can see the voice and the specificity before you decide.
Your age
You have to be 18 or older to buy one. By paying you confirm you are at least 18 and at least the age of majority where you live.
Your birth details
We erase your birth date, time and place once your reading has been sent. The chart calculated from them stays with your reading so the web link keeps working, and you can delete both at any time from the link itself. The full account is in the privacy policy.
The reading is yours
Keep it, print it, show anyone. You may not resell it or pass it off as your own work, and you may not use it to train a model or to build a competing product.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us. To the fullest extent the law allows, Builders Den LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the reading or from anything you do after reading it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a reading will be accurate, useful, or true of you — astrology is not a science and we do not present it as one.
Where these terms apply
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, and any dispute goes to the courts there.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including any right to bring a claim there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you paid, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
