There are no accounts here. The only thing that identifies you is the email address Stripe collects when you pay.
Your birth date, time and place are not written down until you buy. They travel to Stripe with the payment and come back to us only if it completes. Open checkout and change your mind, and there is nothing about you to leave behind.
The reading the preview shows you is kept, filed under the chart rather than under you. Writing it takes real work, and keeping it means the same five sections are handed back — unblurred — if you buy, instead of being written again slightly differently. It is filed against a fingerprint of the birth moment, with no email, no order and no date beside it. Nothing in that record can say whose chart it is.
The one exception is if you ask us to email you the preview. Then we keep that email address and the preview itself so we can send it, and every one of those messages carries an unsubscribe link.
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Birth date, time and place | Erased the moment your reading is sent |
| Your reading | Until you delete it |
| The chart calculated from your birth details | Until you delete it |
| Your email address and the record of the sale | As long as tax and accounting rules require |
We never see your card. Stripe takes the payment and holds those details; we receive only the fact that it succeeded and the address to write to.
The chart is where the planets were when you were born, and someone determined could work backwards from it to roughly when and where that was. We keep it so the link to your reading still opens after your birth details are gone. Every service that lets you come back to a reading keeps something like this — there would be nothing to show otherwise. We would rather say so than describe it as something else.
Deleting your reading deletes the chart with it, and severs the link between your email address and any chart at all.
The link in your delivery email has a delete control at the bottom. One tap, one confirmation, and it is gone. Because there are no accounts, that link is the only key — anyone holding it can read your reading and anyone holding it can delete it.
Deleting cannot be undone. Your birth details were already erased when the reading was sent, so nothing can be rebuilt afterwards. The PDF in your email is yours and we have no way to reach it.
You can also write to operation@pluglab.ai and we will do it for you.
Nobody buys this data from us and nobody advertises to you with it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law.
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — write to operation@pluglab.ai and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in California, the UK or the EU you have those rights in law, along with the right to complain to your data protection authority. Asking will never cost you anything or change the service you get.
The record of a sale is the one thing we cannot delete on request. We are required to keep it, and it holds no birth details.
This is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write to us and we will remove it.
No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
We do keep a count of how many free readings a caller has asked for in the last hour, because writing one costs us real money and the page is open to anyone. It is stored as a salted hash — the record can say “this caller again” and nothing else about you, and your address is not written down.

We are the data controller for everything described above. The site and the database are hosted in France; the reading is written by a model run by a provider in the United States, and the payment is taken by our payment processor, also in the United States. Your birth details reach the model for as long as it takes to write your reading, and reach the payment processor not at all.
